Recover Time To Increase Happiness

Time is valuable and is more important than money. Time is the only resource that cannot be replenished. If you find yourself with nothing, you still have time.

Time is wealth. The more time you have, the happier you will be. With more time, you get to do the things that make you happy and be with people who give you joy.

Do what you can to save time and not waste it. First, list all the things, events and people that energise or drains you.

Next, reduce or eliminate things, events and people that drain your energy. This helps to free up your time. For example, mindless entertainment or scrolling through social media is a distraction and needs to be reduced.

If specific tasks cannot be eliminated, opt for faster ways of doing things, such as automating, delegating, or outsourcing.

When you have more time, start filling it with things, events and people that are positively energising.  When you recover time, happiness follows.
